Brand
Clean & Clear is a skincare brand created in 1986 to deliver formulas that were fragrance-free and dye-free, and left behind no residue. Johnson & Johnson acquired the brand in 1991 and narrowed the brand focus to teen skin. Today, Clean & Clear is the only skincare brand devoted to teen girls across the world.
Challenge
We were tasked with rethinking the Clean & Clear digital experience from the ground up. Our primary goals were to refresh the visual design, develop content, and add shoppable integration to improve the overall experience.

Approach
I developed a visual design concept that would allow us to infuse the brand with more personality in a way that would compliment our packaging design (which was not in scope for a refresh). I mapped out a journey for 3 types of users to ensure we were empowering our consumers to navigate the website and find the solutions they need for their skin.
