Design Office Hours w/Lex
Learn from my 15 year career in design and branding

During my 15 years designing brands, I've researched and analyzed culture and shopping behavior in countless countries to understand how to best design for consumers around the world.

I've spent 5 years working with the world's largest Wet-Wipes manufacturer, Nice-Pak Products.
At Nice-Pak, I worked on private label brands for nearly every major retailer in North America.
My work spanned across the baby, beauty, personal, and household categories.
In addition to the consumer business, I also worked in the commercial and healthcare sectors.

I've spent 10 years working at the world's largest healthcare company, Johnson & Johnson.
At J&J, I managed design and brand strategy for global brands like Neutrogena, Aveeno & Clean&Clear.
My work focused on the skincare, hair, sun care, and hair loss categories.
I often collaborated with my counterparts on additional projects spanning across
the baby, allergy, oral care, and personal care categories.

I've designed brands and products for every region of the world.
With thousands of products over 15 years, you've likely held something I've designed.

In addition to my primary career in consumer packaged goods (CPG),
I've also learned other valuable skills through my side projects.
These range from a building a creative agency marketplace, to an LGBTQ+ apparel brand and a digital publication,
to fragrance development and candle-making, to my longest standing project of pastry.

I'm currently using my skills to build my dream company, LEXINGTON BAKES.

As I'm building and meeting people in Food & Beverage, I realized I have a lot to offer my fellow founders.
So I've set up weekly design office hours to discuss branding, design, strategy, content, & more.
